To become and remain a TOPP-Leader, there are four areas that you need to master. These four areas are Thought Leadership, Organizational Leadership, People Leadership and Personal Leadership and they are all described here. As a foundation across these four areas, you find the importance of being a strong communicative leader in everything from being able to stand in front of a large audience and convey an inspiring and convincing message to one-on-one discussions, coaching and feedback. Throughout my career as a leader for local, global and diverse teams in different industries, I have found some aspects of leadership that have proven to be important and always worked well in my own leadership.
Differences in background, education, gender, age or culture of the team members have never been a problem but rather a strong asset to build upon to deliver fantastic results over and over again. Fundamentally, I have found that people disregarding their culture and background need the same basic things from a leader to want to follow the leader and contribute to delivering the outstanding results that are expected.
Now I want to share my experiences with you, safe in the knowledge that leadership is the most important enabler to deliver positive difference and sustainable results, especially in times of change.
